Acro P-2™ Red Dot Sight Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals worldwide aged 18 and over. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of @Pew.Tuber are not eligible. ​

Duration: The giveaway begins on September 24th, 2023, and ends on September 28th, 2023. ​

​

Prizes:

1st Place: Acro P-2™ Red Dot Sight (valued at $599). Should the winner be unable to receive the product for any reason, they will receive its cash equivalent. All shipping costs associated with the prize will be covered by @Pew.Tuber.

2nd Place: $200 cash prize.

3rd Place: $100 cash prize. ​

Payment Methods: Payments, where applicable, will be made through a digital payment app such as Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or similar platforms. ​

​

How to Enter: Share the giveaway announcement video on your story for a full 24 hours, Tag @PewTuber in the story, and submit your email and Instagram handle via the online entry form. ​

​

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through a random drawing using a number-generating software. Each entrant will correspond to a number on our spreadsheet. ​

​

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified and announced on Instagram on September 28th, 2023. Winners must contact @Pew.Tuber within one week to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within this time frame, they forfeit their prize. ​

Data Handling: By entering this giveaway, entrants consent to their data (email and usernames) being stored. We pledge to handle data ethically and responsibly. Entrants agree that we may market to them in the future and potentially share their information with third parties. ​

Liabilities: Entrants agree to release and hold harmless @Pew.Tuber and its agents from any claim, action, demand, loss, or damages (including legal fees) made or incurred by any third party arising out of or relating to this giveaway. @Pew.Tuber is not responsible for technical failures of any kind or any problems or delays arising from any technical, software, or equipment malfunctions, computer viruses, congestion or unavailability of our website, unauthorized human or automated intervention, or any other cause. ​
